Wow, Michelle. I cannot begin to tell you how your words have resonated with me. I have been on a journey of self-reflection and counselling for years; but not until watching your class on setting self-boundaries and this video on the reasons for my behaviour and overwhelming feelings of guilt, have I finally seen the light and possibilities that are open to me... I've just turned 60. NOW I am going to allow myself to learn how to be guilt-free and enjoy my life on MY terms.
